HASSAGE, DECEASEDTo: The unknown next of kin and heirs at law of James A. Hassage. You are hereby notified that James A. Hassage died on April 19, 2025 and that said decedent's last Will and Testament was admitted to probate by the Trumbull County Probate Court on June 20, 2025, and that Milton H. Niddle, III was appointed Executor of the decedent's estate. This notice is given to all persons who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent had the decedent died intestate and to all legatees and devisees named in the Will who do not waive notice. You are receiving this notice as: A person who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent if the decedent had died intestate. Any action to contest the validity of the Will must be filed within three (3) months after the Executor files a certificate evidencing the giving of this notice.
