COUNTY OF SUMMIT
2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (C.A.P.E.R.)
The 2025 C.A.P.E.R. for the County of Summit's 2025 Community Development Block Grand (CDBG) Program and 2025 Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME) is currently available for public review and comment for a period of 15 days (March 11-March 25). The C.A.P.E.R. is a document required by HUD which reports on projects and program accomplishments for activities funding with CDBG and/or HOME funds. Copies of this report are currently available for review at the Summit County Department of Community and Economic Development, located at 175 S. Main St. Room 207, The Ohio Building, Akron Ohio from 8:00am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday by appointment.
