LEGAL NOTICE In the Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, 205 S. High St., Akron, Summit County, Ohio. Case No. DR2026 02 0288. Donna K. and Ben F. Oberlin, 1900 Turkeyfoot Lake Road, Coventry Township, OH 44203, Plaintiffs vs. Kristin N. Hughes, et al., Defendants. Steven J. Rose, whose last known address is 260 Lloyd Ave., Akron, OH 44321, but whose address other than as set forth is unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on February 6, 2026, Plaintiffs, filed a Complaint for Legal Custody in the Common Pleas Court, Domestic Relations Division, of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. DR2026 02 0288, requesting legal custody of said child(ren) and make a determination of residual parental rights and responsibilities including but not limited to visitation and child(ren) support.
