Case No. DR2025 11 3080. 
Cane Jackson, 2828 Vera Pl., N.W., Canton, OH 44708, Plaintiff vs. Wenchelle Liberice, Defendant. 
Wenchelle Liberice, whose last known address is 974 Snowfall Spur, Unit C, Akron, OH 44313, but whose address other than as set forth is unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on November 21, 2025, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Parentage, Allocation for Parental Rights and Responsibilities in the Common Pleas Court, Domestic Relations Division, of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. DR2025 11 3080, requesting the court name the father the residential parent and legal custodian of the minor child; to grant the father an expedited hearing and any other relief as may be deemed necessary and just. 
Said above named Defendant will further take notice that he/she is required to answer the Complaint on or before the 31st day of March 2026.
