James C. Myers, 1300 Kennedy Blvd., Apt. 205, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221, Plaintiff vs. Fonda R. Myers, Defendant. 
Fonda R. Myers, whose last known address is unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on February 4, 2026, James C. Myers, as Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Divorce in the Common Pleas Court, Domestic Relations Division, of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. DR2026 02 0267, requesting that the court grant him a divorce from the defendant, award him his personal property and grant such other relief as the court may deem proper based on one or more grounds set forth in R.C. 3105.01 and that the parties are incompatible. 
Please take notice that an uncontested divorce hearing before Judge Kani Hightower on May 19, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. 
Said above named Defendant will further take notice that she is required to answer the Complaint on or before the 17th day of April 2026.
