Adairee Mayberry, whose last known address is 404 Howe St., Akron, OH 44307, but whose address other than as set forth is unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on August 14, 2025, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Divorce in the Common Pleas Court, Domestic Relations Division, of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. DR2025 08 2121, requesting a divorce from the defendant based on the grounds that the parties are incompatible; that the parties have lived separate and apart without cohabitation and without interruption for one year; that the defendant has been willfully absent for one year and that the defendant is guilty of habitual drunkenness. 
Please take notice that an uncontested divorce hearing before Judge Kani Hightower is scheduled for May 13, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. 
Said above named Defendant will further take notice that she is required to answer the Complaint on or before the 17th day of April 2026.
