Notice of Public hearing The Delaware County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 9:45 a.m. on Monday May 4, 2026, at the Office of the Board, 91 North Sandusky Street, Delaware, Second Floor, Ohio 43015 on the application of Bavelis Zenios Development, LLC to add certain parcels of real property to the Evans Farm New Community Authority and to amend the original petition establishing the Authority. The Resolution Determining Sufficiency of the Application, the Application, and the Original Petition are each on file in the office of the Board and available for inspection by interested persons during regular business hours.
