The Brown Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Brown Township Hall, 5555 State Route 521, Delaware, Ohio 43015. The Board will consider two variance applications: Property 1: 3862 Leonardsburg Road, Delaware, Ohio 43015 Request for a variance from: Section 21.09 - Setback Regulations, to reduce the required setback measured from the centerline of Leonardsburg Road from 130 to 55 feet, and from West Road from 90 to 40 feet. Property 2: 3742 Walton Road, Delaware, Ohio 43015 Request for variances from: Section 6.03 - Telecommunication Tower, to deviate from minimum lot area and frontage requirements of the FR-1 District; Section 7.04 - Prohibited Uses, to allow a flag lot; and Section 7.05 - Development Standards, to reduce minimum lot area from 2 to 1.076 acres and lot frontage from 200 to 30 feet.
