An application has been filed with the Liberty Township Zoning Commission by Patsy Fagan on March 2 2026. The Liberty Township Zoning Commission will be conducting a public hearing at 9975 Twp Rd 89 Findlay on this proposed amendment on May 5th at 6:00 p.m. The proposed amendment seeks to amend the present zoning of the property located at O US RT 224 from A-1 Agriculture to 1-1 Light Industrial. The list of the names of the owners and the addresses of the properties proposed to be rezoned as they appear on the Hancock County Auditor's current tax list is included with this letter. Parcel# 280001029624 0 US Rt 224. The application proposing the amendment will be available for examination for a period of at least ten (10) days prior to May 5th, the date of the public hearing on the matter at the Liberty Township House, 7692 County Road 140, Findlay, Ohio.
