NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Montgomery Planning Commission will meet on Monday, March 16th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers, 10101 Montgomery Road 45242, to consider a rezoning application of properties from O-Office to D-3 Multi-Family, for the Creeks of Montgomery Townhome Condominium Phase 1, 2, & 3 located on approximately 1.69 acres at 10667 Montgomery Road including units 0-16.
