NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Montgomery Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers at 10101 Montgomery Rd, Montgomery, Ohio 45242 to consider requests for a dimensional variance for the following application: 7700 Campus Lane: Property owners, Jeffrey & Keli Womeldorff, are requesting a variance to allow for construction of a new swimming pool to have 49.9% of rear yard coverage when 30% maximum coverage is allowed per Section 151.1009(E)(2) of the Montgomery Zoning Code. 7700 Campus Lane: Property owners, Jeffrey & Keli Womeldorff, are requesting a variance to allow for approximately 70 linear feet of 4 feet tall decorative pool fencing in the front yard when fencing is only permitted to be 2 feet tall in the front yard per Section 151.1009(I)(1) of the Montgomery Zoning Code.
