NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with Section 519.14 of the Ohio Revised Code, the Beaver Township Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Wednesday, March 25 th , 2026, at 5:30 P.M. at the Beaver Township Administration Office, 11822 South Avenue, North Lima, Ohio 44452 for the consideration of the following case:AP-2026–0210: Applicant Angel Chamberlin, 12300 New Buffalo Rd., Beaver Township, North Lima, Ohio 44452, appeals the decision of the Beaver Township Zoning Inspector and requests an area variance, pertaining to: Article 2 of the Beaver Township Zoning Resolution 2004, Agricultural and Residential Districts, Section 203, sub-section 203.01 Area, Setback and Height Regulations. Applicant asks for relief from the required minimum front yard setback, for the property at 12300 New Buffalo Road, Beaver Township, Mahoning County, North Lima, Ohio 44452, otherwise known as permanent parcel number 05-129-0-001.01-0. The property has frontage along New Buffalo Road of approximately 1,235.00 feet.
