VIOLET TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS Notice of Public Hearing The Violet Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at the Violet Township Administrative Offices located at 10190 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington to consider the following: Case VAR-26-5: an application for variance filed by Seth and Jessica Roshon for property located at 6940 Reynoldsburg-Baltimore Road; this application requests a variance from Violet Township Zoning Resolution Section 3AA4-05(A)(5)(b) to allow the construction of a detached accessory building at the side of the home. Case VAR-26-6: an application for variance filed by Nathan Brumbaugh, 2270 South Miami St, West Milton, OH for property located at 8260 Refugee Road, Pickerington owned by Labud Enterprises Ltd., PO Box 381 New Albany, OH. This application requests variances from the provisions of Violet Township Zoning Resolution Section 3Q2-12 to allow an auto-related establishment to be located on a property which is not adjoined on three sides by commercially zoned property and which does not have direct access to a major collector road. These applications are available for examination from Friday, May 8, 2026 through Thursday, May 21, 2026, inclusive, Mondays through Fridays, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices, 10190 Blacklick-Eastern Road, Pickerington, Ohio 43147.
