LEGAL NOTICE SAGAMORE HILLS BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS HEARING SAGAMORE HILLS TOWNSHIP SUMMIT COUNTY, OHIO The Board of Zoning Appeals of Sagamore Hills Township will hold a Public Hearing at Sagamore Hills Township Safety Center, 11551 Valley View Road, Sagamore Hills, Ohio on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. for the following: The Sagamore Hills Township Board of Zoning Appeals is reviewing a proposed New Home to be constructed at 708 Rehwinkle Road PPN 4500997. Matt and Sara Drowlette seek a variance from the Board of Zoning Appeals for: (1) front yard setback variance of 40 feet, reducing the front setback to 60 feet to the centerline of road. The Sagamore Hills Zoning Resolution states; 3.3 E. Minimum Front Yard Depth One hundred (100) feet from any dedicated highway center line. If there is no established street right-of-way, said line shall be deemed to be one hundred (100) feet from the center of the road. The meeting is being held so that residents can state any comments they may have to the request for the variance upon this property. The proposed appeal is available for examination at Sagamore Hills Township Safety Center during normal Township business hours, Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on the township website www.mysagamorehills.com.
