LEGAL NOTICE-Correction SAGAMORE HILLS BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS HEARING SAGAMORE HILLS TOWNSHIP SUMMIT COUNTY, OHIO The Board of Zoning Appeals of Sagamore Hills Township will hold a Public Hearing at Sagamore Hills Township Safety Center, 11551 Valley View Road, Sagamore Hills, Ohio on Wednesday (Not Monday as previously advertised), April 8, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. for the following: The decision of December 29, 2025 will be reconsidered by the Board of Zoning Appeals regarding Boyce Auto, located at 457 West Aurora Road Sagamore Hills Ohio. The previous decision of December 29, 2025 can be viewed on line at mysagamorehills.com. The meeting is being held so that residents can state any comments they may have to the request for variances upon this property. The proposed appeal is available for examination at Sagamore Hills Township Safety Center during normal Township business hours, Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on the township website www.mysagamorehills.com.
