NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGPERKINS TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES The Perkins Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing to hear one (1) recommendation of the Perkins Township Zoning Commission, as noted below: 1) Case #ZC2026-02 – An application was submitted by Ilie Buga for an amendment to the PUD for the property located at 2007 E. Perkins Avenue, Sandusky, Ohio 44870. The proposed PUD amendment is to allow all General Commercial District (C-2) Principal Permitted Uses and to allow the expansion of the existing footprint of the building for storage purposes.The public hearing will be held by the Board during the course of its meeting on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in the Big Meeting Room of the Perkins Township Services Facility, which is located at 2610 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky, OH 44870. If the public hearing is to be continued, the date, time and place will be determined by the Trustees at that meeting.
