NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGSAPPLICATIONS FOR VARIANCE PERMITSBOARD OF ZONING APPEALSPERKINS TOWNSHIP, ERIE COUNTY, OHIO Please be advised that the Perkins Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold public hearings to consider the following matters, as noted below: APPLICATION #BZA2026-01- An application for a variance permit was submitted by Brady Signs Co. on behalf of Allison Family Partnership for the property located at 5903 Milan Road (PPN # 32-02982.000). The variance request is to allow an electronic message board sign within five hundred (500) feet of a residential zoning district. Article 28.11(d) of the Perkins Township Zoning Resolution states that the illuminated side of the sign shall not be located within five hundred (500) feet of a residential zoning district. The hearing on the above matter will be held before the Perkins Township Board of Zoning Appeals at 4:00 P.M. on Monday, March 16, 2026, in the Big Meeting Room at the Perkins Township Services Facility, 2610 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky, OH 44870.
