Lahrmer, Heather M. Lahrmer the Defendant(s), whose address is/are unknown: Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as the defendant in the above-named court by filing his complaint on February 20, 2026. The object of plaintiff's complaint is to foreclose a delinquent real estate tax lien or liens on property identified on the records of the Fairfield County Auditor as permanent parcel no. 046-11192.00, a complete legal description of which can be obtained from the Fairfield County Prosecuting Attorney, 239 W. Main Street, Suite 101, Lancaster, Ohio 43130; and once foreclosed to have said property be sold or conveyed by the sheriff or otherwise be disposed of, and the equity of redemption be extinguished, according to the alternative redemption procedures prescribed in sections 323.65 to 323.79 of the Ohio Revised Code, as more particularly set forth in the Complaint.
