Coon, etal 1800 Reservoir #718 Lima, OH 45804 Defendant CASE NO. 25CVG03847 BAILIFF'S SALE By virtue of an Execution issued by the Lima Municipal Court, there shall be for sale by public auction on Friday, April 24, 2026 at 12:00 p.m., the following described property: Manufactured/Mobile Home: 1980 Victorian Early Amer Seriel No. IV7014FL25778 Title No. 020901449 Located at: 1800 Reservoir Rd., #718, Lima, OH 45804 Property will open at 11:00 a.m. for inspection. The manufactured/ mobile home is appraised at $12,000.00 and must be sold for 2/3 of the appraised and will be sold "AS IS" at its location.
