Davis, etal 1800 Reservoir #617 Lima, OH 45804 Defendant CASE NO. 25CVG03729 BAILIFF'S SALE By virtue of an Execution issued by the Lima Municipal Court, there shall be for sale by public auction on Friday, April 24, 2026 at 12:00 p.m., the following described property: Manufactured/Mobile Home: 1984 Victorian Modern Seriel No. IV7014FR28742 Title No. 02001801503 Located at: 1800 Reservoir Rd., #617, Lima, OH 45804 Property will open at 11:00 a.m. for inspection. The manufactured/ mobile home is appraised at $9,000.00 and must be sold for 2/3 of the appraised and will be sold "AS IS" at its location. TERMS OF SALE: Buyer must remove the manufactured/mobile home within Fourteen (14) days from the sale date or, in order to remain in the park, must immediately after purchase, apply for residency within the park and be approved. This is a cash sale.
