SERVICE BY PUBLICATION FORECLOSURE OF TAX LIEN Licking Co. Case No. 2026 CV 00605 Licking County Treasurer v. Paul J. Stevens, et al. To the following Parties: Paul J. Stevens and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Paul J. Stevens, LKA 254 N. 5th Street, Newark, OH 43055: Take notice that on March 31, 2026, Plaintiff, Roy Van Atta, the Licking County Treasurer, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2026 CV 00605, in the Licking County Common Pleas Court, 1 Courthouse Square, Newark, Ohio 43055. The Complaint requests that the Court issue an order finding that the Plaintiff has the first and best lien in the amount of all delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and interest having accrued on the real property subject to this action, 254 N. 5th Street, Newark, OH 43055, known as Parcel Number 054-262002-00.000 The Complaint further requests that the Court issue an order that such lien be foreclosed and the subject real property be sold by the Sheriff. Finally, the Complaint requests that the Plaintiff recover all costs of this action. For a full legal description of the real property, and a copy of the Complaint, see the case file at the Clerk of Courts Office, 1 Courthouse Square, Newark, Ohio 43055.
