INVITATION TO BIDThe Washougal School District will receive responses until May 27, 2026, 2:00:00 p.m., Pacific Time, to provide Professional Services for the following for:
· Site Surveying
· Commissioning of MEP
· Special Inspections and Testing
· Hazardous Materials Surveying and Testing
· Building Security Systems - Low Voltage Design
· MEP Engineering (HVAC)
· Electrical/Low Voltage Engineering
· Civil Engineering
PURPOSE OF RFQ
The Washougal School District (the "District"), Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified professional consulting services listed above for project support of selected projects, current and future throughout the District from 2026 through December 31, 2030. Qualified firms will have not less than 5 years public project experience within the state of Washington. 
Copies of the completed RFQ will be available on May 27, 2026. All request for copies of the RFQ and questions pertaining to this RFQ should be directed to:

Proposals will be accepted at the email described in the RFQ later than 2:00:00 p.m. on May 27, 2026. 
The District reserves the right to reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the District it is in the public interest to do so.Les Brown
