SEALED PROPOSALS AND MEETING NOTICE Sealed proposals for 2026-2027 supply of stone and road oil for 15 municipalities will be received by the Greater Jefferson Area Council of Governments. Proposal forms and specifications are available by calling 814-849-4171 or email at leeannhind@com cast.net. Bids may be mailed to 3520 Belshazzar Rd., Brookville, PA 15825 or hand-delivered to 17042 Route 36, Brookville, PA 15825 only on March 16, 2026, between the hours of 5:30 and 6:00 PM with a public bid opening meeting to follow at 6:00 PM at the Rose Township Building located at 17042 Route 36, Brookville, PA 15825. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to the COG. The municipalities reserve the right to reject any or all proposals.
