ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Bids will be received by the Brookville Area School District at the administrative offices at 104 Jenks Street, Brookville, PA 15825 until 1:30 PM, prevailing time on Monday, April 20, 2026. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud immediately thereafter. Bids are for the following contract for work at 280 Church Street, Brookville, PA 15825. • PROJECT NO. 012-2026A – Northside School Restroom Renovation The work shall be completed in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by Amos E. Rudolph, Architecture LLC, 3049 State Route 257, Seneca, PA 16346. The drawings will be available for review at the office of the Architect. Single copies of the Project Manual and Drawings may be obtained from the Architect for a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($125.00). A Fifteen Dollar ($15.00) mailing fee for postage and handling will be required for Contract Documents that are mailed. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of 10% of the bid in accordance with the Instructions to the Bidders. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to the conditions of the employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. No bidder may withdrawal his/her bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening. No bidder is permitted to request documents after April 10, 2026, and the last day to ask questions or request interpretations is 10:00 AM on Thursday, April 16, 2026. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for Friday, April 10, 2026, at the Brookville Area School District, Northside School Office, 280 Church Street, Brookville, PA 15825 at 10:00 AM. Bids shall be addressed to the Brookville Area School District, 104 Jenks Street, Brookville, PA 15825. The bid envelope must be SEALED and clearly marked “BID DOCUMENTS FOR PROJECT NO. 012-2026A – DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 1:30 PM ON APRIL 20, 2026.” The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bid.
