ADVERTISEMENT
SEALED PROPOSALS will be received and considered by the Town Council of the Borough of Chambersburg until 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 24, 2026 for:
Streets for Microsurfacing
in accordance with Specifications, which may be obtained at the Office of the Borough Secretary, 100 South Second Street, Chambersburg, PA 17201 or www.chambersburgpa.gov. A Proposal Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bidders maximum bid price is required to accompany with a Bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds each equal to 100% of the amount of the Contract Price within fifteen days following the award of the Contract.
