SEALED PROPOSALS will be received and considered by the Town Council of the Borough of Chambersburg until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 17, 2026 for:
Purchase of a Pre-Owned Rear-Load Recycling/Refuse Collection Vehicle
in accordance with Specifications, which may be obtained at the Office of the Borough Secretary, 100 South Second Street, Chambersburg, PA 17201 or www.chambersburgpa.gov. Proposal, Performance, and Payment Bonds are not required for this Bid or Contract. A non-collusion affidavit is required for this Bid.
