Request for Proposal No. 040226
AUDITING SERVICES
The Erie Metropolitan Transit Authority ("the Authority") is soliciting proposals for their annual audit for the current fiscal year, which is July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. The proposal should be for a five (5) year agreement with each year being subject to an annual renewal.

Proposals must be received by 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, May 6, 2026 at the Authority's office, 127 East 14th Street, Erie, PA, 16503.
The resulting contract may be subject to financial assistance grants between the Authority, the U.S. Department of Transportation and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. The negotiation process and the performance of requested services will be in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) "Third Party Contracting Guidelines" FTA Circular 4220. l G, the Authority's Procurement Procedures and all other applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
The Authority hereby notifies all potential proposers that it will affirmatively ensure that certified disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this RFP and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color or national origin in consideration for an award.
The Board of Directors of the Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
