Notice for Requesting Proposals for FSMC Services
Erie Catholic School System, INC
St. George SchoolOur Lady of Peace SchoolSt. Luke SchoolSt. Jude SchoolSt. James School
Attention: Food Service Management Companies (FSMCs)
The Erie Catholic School System, INC, with five campuses operating as sponsors of the National School Lunch Program, is requesting proposals for full-service food service management services at each of our five campus locations.
Specifications may be obtained from Donald P Smith, at 814-806-2423, Ext 1102 and/or by email at dsmith@eriecatholic.org.
Mandatory pre-bid meetings and site walk-throughs for all five campus locations are scheduled for April 15th, 2026 commencing at 1:00PM at St. Jude School, 606 Lowell Ave, Erie, PA 16505.
Participating representatives will successively tour St. Jude and then proceed to the following locations for site walk-throughs:
Our Lady of Peace School, 2401 W. 38th St., Erie, PA 16506St. George School, 1612 Bryant St., Erie, PA 16509St. Luke School, 425 E. 38th St., Erie, PA 16504St. James School, 2602 Buffalo Road, Erie, PA 16510
