Proposals are due no later than 11:00 a.m. on March 23, 2026 at 2013 Ridge Avenue., Philadelphia, PA  19121.  Late proposals will not be considered. Request for a copy of the solicitation should be directed to Jacquelyn.Dibruno@pha.phila.gov Interested parties can also visit www.pha.phila.gov and click on Business Opportunity for more details.
