Legals,Proposal Bids,First Philadelphia Preparatory Charter School Existing Structures Demolition and Paving Overlay Notice of Bids for Construction  BSI Construction, LLC will be taking bids from qualified contractors to perform Demolition to two Structures, Tank Removal, and Paving Overlay at 4311 Tacony Street. The overall project will be managed by BSI Construction, LLC.   The construction drawings and specifications will be made available at the mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting.  The Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held on April 9, 2026 at the Site Located at 4311 Tacony St, Philadelphia, PA 19124 at 12 noon.    Bids will be due at First Philadelphia Preparatory Charter School, located at 4300 Tacony St, Philadelphia, PA 19124 on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 before 1pm.
