REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Borough of State College will receive sealed proposals at the office of the Borough Manager by Friday, May 22, 2026, at 11 AM for the following item: CALDER WAY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT - DESIGN ENGINEERING SERVICES (SS4A) The Request for Proposal document may be obtained at the office of the Borough Purchasing Manager, 243 S. Allen Street, State College, Pennsylvania or by request via email at purchasing@statecollegepa.us. All proposal responses must be sealed and plainly marked on the outside, PROPOSAL FOR CALDER WAY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT - DESIGN ENGINEERING SERVICES (SS4A), addressed to the Borough Manager, Thomas J. Fountaine, II, 243 S. Allen Street, State College, PA 16801 and be in his possession prior to 11 AM on Friday, May 22, 2026. Following review of the proposals, the Borough will select the professional it deems most qualified to provide the consulting services for this project. The Borough reserves the right to request an interview prior to the selection of the individual or firm. The award will be made by the State College Borough Council to the responsible individual or firm whose proposal is most advantageous to the project at a Council meeting open to the public. The Borough Council may accept or reject any or all proposals or hold all proposals for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of proposal opening prior to deciding.
