Public Notice Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read by the Board of Supervisors of Stroud Township at its regular meeting scheduled to be held at the Stroud Township Municipal Center, 1211 North Fifth Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360, on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 7 PM, to consider proposals for the purchase of the following, to wit: Line Striping on certain Stroud Township roads. Contractor is to place a 4” Double Yellow Center Line with Glass Beads and a 4” Single White Edge Traffic Line with Glass Beads in conformance with the current PennDOT Publication 408, Section 962 on various roads within the municipality. All bids must be received electronically via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/ by 2 PM, prevailing time, on Tuesday, March 17, 2026. Bid Documents can be obtained at no cost on PennBid. A Certificate of Insurance shall accompany all bids. All bids shall be accompanied by a proposal security in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total bid, in the form of a certified check, bank cashier's check, or satisfactory bid bond, naming as payee the Township of Stroud. The successful bidder shall furnish a performance bond in the amount of one hundred (100%) of the amount bid, naming as the payee the Township of Stroud. No bid or proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date above specified for receiving, opening, and reading of bids. The Stroud Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals deemed to be in the best interest of the Township, and to waive any defects or irregularities in the proposals. The Board reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder. Stroud Township Board of Supervisors Publish dates: Wednesday February 25th 2026 and Sunday March 1st 2026.
