Sealed bids will be received by New Hope Borough at the office of the Borough Manager, 123 New Street, New Hope, PA 18938 until not later than March 6, 2026, 11:00 AM sharp (“Bid Closing Date”) at which time and place the bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud for: New Hope Borough Parks Landscape Upkeep and Maintenance Program The fixed price sealed bid shall be for contracted work for landscaping and monthly maintenance at Lenape Park, Ferry Landing Park, North Main Street Parking Lot and the New Hope Visitors Center. As detailed in the Bid Specifications, weather permitting, all bidders must attend a mandatory Project Site Assessment to be conducted on Thursday, February 26, 2026 commencing at 9:00 am, originating at Borough Hall, 123 New Street, New Hope, PA. The failure of a bidder to attend the Project Site Assessment shall result in disqualification of the bid. Bid Specifications and Bid Documents may be obtained at the New Hope Borough Administrative Office, 123 New Street, New Hope, PA 18938 and on the Borough's website at www.newhopeborough.org. Each bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, clearly identified with the bidder's name, project name and the owner's name on the outside of the envelope, and must include as enclosures the required Bid Security and Proof of Insurance detailed in the Bid Specifications. The New Hope Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part, to waive any informality in any bid, to eliminate or reduce items or quantities, and to exercise its judgment as to the comparative merits of the products or services offered.
