LEGAL NOTICE ELLWOOD CITY AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT BID ADVERTISEMENT On Wednesday, February 25, 2026, the Ellwood City Area School District will receive bids for the Improvements & Renovations for the North Side Primary School, 501 Orchard Ave., Ellwood City, Pennsylvania 16117. Bids will be received up to 11:00 A.M., to the attention of Dr. Amy Anderson, Superintendent, Ellwood City Area School District, 501 Crescent Avenue, Ellwood City, PA 16117. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the site on Monday, February 16, 2026, at 3:30 p.m It is the intent of the Owner to enter into separate contracts as follows: Contract No. 1 General Construction. Contract No. 2 HVAC Construction. Contract No. 3 Plumbing Construction. Contract No. 4 Electrical Construction. All bids for Contracts No. 1 through No. 4 shall conform with Contract Documents prepared by HHSDR Architects/Engineers, 40 Shenango Ave., Sharon, PA, 16146, and 201 Century Building, 130 Seventh St., Pittsburgh, PA, 15222. Bidders who contact the Sharon office of HHSDR (724-981-8820) will receive a public link to the Contract Documents. No hard copies will be distributed from HHSDR and no deposit is required. Bids shall include a Bid Security Bond or Certified Check, payable to Ellwood City Area School District, in an amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, in accordance with Instructions to Bidders, as included in the Contract Documents.
