Bids will be received up to 11:00 A.M., to the attention of Dr. Amy Anderson, Superintendent, Ellwood City Area School District, 501 Crescent Avenue, Ellwood City, PA 16117. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the site on Monday, February 16, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. It is the intent of the Owner to enter into separate contracts as follows: Contract No. 1 General Construction. Contract No. 2 HVAC Construction. Contract No. 3 Plumbing Construction. Contract No. 4 Electrical Construction. All bids for Contracts No. 1 through No. 4 shall conform with Contract Documents prepared by HHSDR Architects/Engineers, 40 Shenango Ave., Sharon, PA, 16146, and 201 Century Building, 130 Seventh St., Pittsburgh, PA, 15222.
