COUNCIL ROCK SCHOOL DISTRICT
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
 
The Council Rock School District will receive sealed bids for the 2026 Playground Improvements Project at Goodnoe, M.M. Welch, Churchville, and Rolling Hills Elementary Schools in the form of a SINGLE prime lump sum contract through PennBid no later than 2:00 PM prevailing time on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly thereafter.
 
A pre-bid meeting for the project will be held 12:00 PM, prevailing time, Thursday, February 19, 2026 beginning at Goodnoe Elementary School, 298 Frost Lane, Newtown PA 18940 and continuing to Rolling Hills Elementary School, 340 Middle Holland Road, Holland, PA 18966, Churchville Elementary School, 100 New Road, Churchville, PA 18966, and Maureen M. Welch Elementary School, 750 New Road, Southampton, PA 18966.
 
Questions during the bidding process shall be submitted by RFI format through PennBid. If additional information is required concerning these bids, contact Jessica Binda at Council Rock School District, 30 N Chancellor Street, Newtown, PA 18940 or by phone at (215) 944-1000.
 
Proposals shall conform to all other requirements as more fully set forth in the bidding documents. The Council Rock School Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in any bid, to eliminate or reduce items or quantities, and exercise its judgment as to the comparative merit of the products and services offered.
