SECTION 001113 – ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The COUNCIL ROCK SCHOOL DISTRICT (CRSD) is soliciting sealed bids for the following projects in the form of SINGLE prime lump sum contract(s).
• 105812 – CRSD High Schools North and South Tech Lab Exhaust Systems
• 105817 – CRSD High School North Partial Roof Replacement
• 105819 – CRSD Holland Middle School Café Carpet, Bathroom Tile & Wall Board Repair
Sealed Bids shall be delivered to the Administration Building located at 30 N. Chancellor Street, Newtown, PA 18940, by the prevailing times listed below on Friday, March 27, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
• CRSD Holland Middle School Café Carpet, Bathroom Tile & Wall Board Repair – 9:00 A.M.
• CRSD High School North Partial Roof Replacement – 10:00 A.M.
• CRSD High Schools North and South Tech Lab Exhaust Systems– 11:00 A.M.
A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be conducted on Friday, March 6, 2026, at the times and locations listed below. Representatives of the Project Engineer (CHA) will provide project details at this meeting. Non-attendees will not be permitted to bid.
• CRSD Holland Middle School Café Carpet, Bathroom Tile & Wall Board Repair – 9:00 A.M.
o Holland Middle School – 400 E. Holland Road, Holland, PA 18966
• CRSD High School North Partial Roof Replacement – 11:00 A.M.
o High School North – 62 Swamp Road, Newtown, PA 18940
• CRSD High Schools North and South Tech Lab Exhaust Systems – 12:00 P.M.

Electronic Contract Documents: To Bid the Project, prospective bidders must obtain the Contract Documents in PDF format directly from CHA by contacting dei@chasolutions.com. Documents will be sent electronically after receipt of payment of a non-refundable fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per project. Checks or money orders shall be made payable to “CHA” and mailed to 1 E. Broad Street, Suite 310, Bethlehem, PA 18018. Cash will not be accepted. Bidders must supply the following information with their request for documents: the contract(s) you are bidding on, company name, contact person, complete address, phone and cellular numbers, and email address. Documents will be available on March 2, 2026.
