NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of Wallace Township will conduct a public hearing on February 25, 2026 commencing at 6:00 p.m. at the Wallace Township Municipal Building, 1250 Creek Road, Glenmoore, PA 19343 to take testimony and, if appropriate, render a decision with respect to the application of Gabriel & Ann Coia (the “Applicants”) to expand their legally, nonconforming residential home to provide additional living space for their elderly relative upon their property located at 1940 Creek Road Glenmore, PA, Tax Parcel No. 31-4E-27, situated in the Commercial Zoning District with permitted uses per the Residential District. Applicants require special exception and variance relief from Sections 1602.C, 1603.B, 1605 and dimensional variances from the area and bulk regulations of Section 603 of the Zoning Ordinance and such other related relief as may be required. The above application is available to the public at the Wallace Township Building by calling 610.942.2880 to arrange to receive a copy. If any person who wishes to attend the hearing has a disability and/or requires an auxiliary aid, service or other accommodation to observe or participate in the hearing, he or she should contact the Township Building at 610.942.2880 to discuss how those needs may be accomplished.
