NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of East Nantmeal Township will conduct public hearings on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 7 p.m., at the East Nantmeal Township Building, 3383 Conestoga Road, Glenmoore, PA 19343, to consider, and potentially act on the following Applications: (1) Tyler DiCesare, owner of the property at 3334 Conestoga Road, Glenmoore, PA (TPN: 24-9-10.1B). Applicant is seeking variance relief from the East Nantmeal Township Zoning Ordinance (“Ordinance”) in order to construct a full second story addition, as well as an addition to the rear of the existing nonconforming residential dwelling pursuant to: (i) Section 307.D, E and F to allow the proposed addition to be constructed within the required front, side and rear yard setbacks; and (ii) Section 1703.C to allow the proposed addition to encroach within the required setback area, as well as any other relief deemed necessary by the Board. (2) Nicholas & Alyssa Palma, owners of the property at 497 Bulltown Road, Elverson, PA (TPN: 24-3-37). Applicants are seeking variance relief from the Ordinance in order to construct an addition to the existing nonconforming residential dwelling pursuant to: (i) Section 307.D, E and F to allow the proposed addition to be constructed within the required front, side and rear yard setbacks; and (ii) Section 1703.C to allow the proposed addition to encroach within the required setback area, as well as any other relief deemed necessary by the Board.
