PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Buckingham Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. in the Buckingham Township Building, 4613 Hughesian Drive, Buckingham, Pennsylvania to consider: 7:30 - Application of James Perkins, Ambler Industries LLC, on behalf of owners, Christopher and Kara Lewis, for property located at 4043 Diane Way in the Township (TMP No. 6-45-94). The Application requests a variance from the 20% impervious surface coverage limit in Section 802 A.1 of the Zoning Ordinance to permit a total impervious surface area of 29.34% in order to construct a paver patio with sitting wall and walkway. 8:00 - Continuation of Hearing on the Application of Robert Beighley as previously advertised. 8:30 - Continuation of Hearing on the Application of Christopher and Careta Krajewski as previously advertised.
