NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Buckingham Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. in the Buckingham Township Building, 4613 Hughesian Drive, Buckingham, Pennsylvania to consider: 7:30 pm Application of JUDITH KEHLEY, THOMAS EDWARD KEHLEY AND MICHELLE PERNICIARO for property located at 4575 Lower Mountain Road in the Township (TMP No. 6-18-78). The Application requests variances from Section 3100(B)(11) of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the disturbance of a portion of the vegetation on the Property within 100 feet of the perimeter of the tract or edge of cart way, from §3100(B)(2) to permit disturbance of a portion of floodplain soils; §3100(B)(4) to permit disturbance of a portion of forested area; from §3100(B)((7) and (9) to permit disturbance within 50 feet of a stream or riparian area. 8:00 pm Application of Nathanael J. Reuther, for property located at 3587 East Swamp Road, in the Township (TMP No. 06-001-009). The Application requests a variance from Section 405 B10.B.3 of the Zoning Ordinance to permit an existing shed to be located 13 feet from the side yard property line where 30 feet is required.
