Notice is hereby given that the West Hempfield Township Board of Supervisors at its meeting on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., at the West Hempfield Township Municipal Building, 3476 Marietta Avenue, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, shall conduct a hearing on the conditional use application of St. Mary's Coptic Orthodox Church for approval to maintain a trailer for a Sunday School classroom on property identified as 3600 Marietta Avenue, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, as a religious use pursuant to Zoning Ordinance Section 403.2.C.2. The Property is located within the Traditional Village District.
