Public Notice Legal Notice Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of the Borough of Cambridge Springs, Crawford Co., PA., will conduct a public hearing on Monday March 2, 2026, at 6:30 pm, at the Borough Building located at 161 Carringer St., Cambridge Springs, to accept comments and questions regarding an ordinance to amend the Borough Zoning Ordinance that if enacted, will amend the Zoning Ordinance to permit Senior Independent Living Centers, Senior Community Centers and Community Centers in the Multi-Family Residential District (R-2) subject to standards for such developments as set forth in new Supplemental Regulations governing such uses which include standards for setbacks, building height, accessory uses and structures, parking, among others. The ordinance is available for inspection at the Cambridge Springs Borough office located at 161 Carringer Street in Cambridge Springs Borough during normal business hours.
