LEGAL NOTICE On Tuesday, March 10, 2026 , at 7:00 p.m. prevailing time, the Phoenixville Borough Council will consider an Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances of the Borough of Phoenixville, Chapter 1 (Administration and Government), Part 2 (Appointed Officials), Title A (Borough Manager), to repeal Section 1-209; and further amending Chapter 1 (Administration and Government), Part 2 (Appointed Officials) to add a New Title “D” Entitled “Assistant Borough Manager”; and further amending Chapter 1 (Administration and Government), Part 2 (Appointed Officials) to add a New Title “E” Entitled “ADA Coordinator”. Public participation at these hearings and meetings will occur through remote connections, via computer, tablet, smartphone or phone in supplement to in-person. Telecommunications participation will allow any member of the public to indicate they would like to speak and offer comment during the public comment portion of the meetings. While participation in the hearing may also occur remotely, technological limitations may make remote participation in the hearing more difficult. Residents and taxpayers who wish to participate or listen to the meeting may call-in or log-in. Directions for connection to and participation in the hearings and meetings will be published on the Borough's publicly accessible website at www.phoenixville.org.
