LEGAL NOTICE On Tuesday, March 10, 2026 , at 7:00 p.m. prevailing time, the Phoenixville Borough Council will consider an Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances of the Borough of Phoenixville, Chapter 15, “Motor Vehicles and Traffic,” Part 2, “Traffic Regulations,” Section 15-213 “Stop Intersections Established”. Public participation at these hearings and meetings will occur through remote connections, via computer, tablet, smartphone or phone in supplement to in-person. Telecommunications participation will allow any member of the public to indicate they would like to speak and offer comment during the public comment portion of the meetings. While participation in the hearing may also occur remotely, technological limitations may make remote participation in the hearing more difficult. Residents and taxpayers who wish to participate or listen to the meeting may call-in or log-in. Directions for connection to and participation in the hearings and meetings will be published on the Borough's publicly accessible website at www.phoenixville.org. Should you wish to attend these hearings and meetings and are a person with a disability requiring an auxiliary aid, service or other accommodation to participate in the proceedings or attend the meetings, please contact (610) 933-8801, to discuss how the Borough can best accommodate your needs.
