41002/16/2026PUBLIC NOTICE IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF CARBON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA IN RE: TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS OF ELBA MURILLO AND “JOHN DOE” IN AND TO D.M., A MINOR. NOTICE: TO: “JOHN DOE”, UNKNOWN FATHER OF D.M. A petition has been filed asking the courts to put an end to all rights you have to your child, D.M. Elba Murillo is the Mother of the minor child and does not know the identity of the Natural Father who is of non-Caucasian descent. The mother had sexual relations with the unknown father on one occasion in a bar in the Lehigh County area, Pennsylvania in early to mid-February of 2021. The child is a female who was born on October 18, 2021 at 12:13 P.M. in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. The court has set a hearing to consider ending your rights to your child. That hearing will be held in Courtroom #1 of the Carbon County Courthouse, Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania, on February 27, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. Your presence is required at the hearing. You are warned that even if you fail to appear at the scheduled hearing, the hearing will go on without you and your rights to your child may be ended by the Court without you being present. If termination is granted you will receive no notice of future legal proceedings concerning your child. You have a right to be represented by a lawyer. You should be aware that your rights may be subject to termination pursuant to 23 Pa.
