NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT there will be a Meeting of the Penn Forest Township Zoning Hearing Board on Monday, March 23, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. at Penn's Peak, 325 Maury Road, Jim Thorpe, PA 18229, to hear the following: The property subject to this hearing is located at or near the intersection of State Route 903 and Maury Road, Penn Forest Township, Carbon County, Pennsylvania 18229 and is in an R-2 zone. The property is identified as Parcel ID 67-51-A16.01; 67-51-A17, 17.01; 67-51-A18, 67-51-A20, 67-51-A11.01, 67-51-A16, 67-51-A14.07, 67-51-A11.03, and 53-51-A12. Applicant and Challenger is Mele Bros. Realty, 2826 Mount Carmel Avenue, Suite 2, Glenside, Pennsylvania 19038. Challenger seeks to build a data center.
