5 Year Plan (2026-2030) Invitation for Public Comment Berks County Housing Authority is now accepting public comment and input on the draft of the 2026–2030 Five-Year Plan. Interested parties may make an appointment to review the plan at the Berks County Housing Authority administrative office by calling 610-370-0822. The plan may also be viewed online at www.berksha.org. The comment period ends at 3:00PM on Wednesday, April 8th, 2026, at which time a public hearing on the plan will be held on Wednesday, April 15th, 2026, at 1803 Butter Lane, Reading, PA, 19606, time to be determined and posted on our website. Comments should be submitted in writing to Vanessa Rodriguez, Chief Operating Officer, Berks County Housing Authority, 1803 Butter Lane, Reading, PA, 19606, or by email to vrodriguez@berksha.org.
