TO THE RESIDENTS OF BERN TOWNSHIP, BERKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA Notice is hereby given that on Monday, March 2, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., the Zoning Hearing Board of Bern Township will hold a public hearing at the Bern Township Municipal Building, 1069 Old Bernville Road, Reading, PA 19605, Berks County, Pennsylvania: 1. a public meeting for the purpose of reorganization; and 2. to consider the Application or Appeal of Berks Park 183 Condominium Association for a variance from Sections 184-142 (prohibiting off-premises signs), 184-142 H (prohibiting signs within 10 feet of any right-of-way line, or 20 feet of an adjoining property line) 179A-1999(3) (prohibiting signs within 300 feet of other adjoining or abutting zoning districts) and 179A-1999(4) (prohibiting signs within a 500-foot radius of another outdoor advertising sign structure), and any other relief required to replace a monument sign at 2207 Bernville Road, at the corner of Route 183 and Aviation Way, in the Township's SR-Suburban Residential Zoning District. A copy of the Application is available for public inspection and copying at the Bern Township Municipal Building. All parties may attend said hearing and participate.
