Legals,Legal Notices,2026 Philadelphia Water, Sewer, and Storm Water Rate Board Proceeding The Philadelphia Water Department filed Advance Notice with City Council and the Philadelphia Water, Sewer and Storm Water Rate Board (Board) on February 17, 2026, of proposed changes to its Tiered Assistance Program Rate Rider Surcharge rates effective 9/1/2026 (TAP-R Reconciliation Proceeding). The Notice, with proposed changes and supporting documentation, can be viewed online at www.phila.gov/water/rateboard, which will also show all filings in the proceeding and upcoming hearings and meetings. The Board expects to determine the rates by end of June 2026. Anyone affected by the proposed rates may become a Participant in the rate proceeding by registering with the Board by March 26 at WaterRateBoard@phila.gov or c/o City of Phila Law Dept, 1515 Arch St, 17th Fl, Phila PA 19102 (Please note: the deadline to register as a participant is subject to adjustment by the Hearing Officer).
